Our desire is to help one another go Deeper with Christ and for others. The Bible teaches that because God will complete the good work he’s begun in us (Phil 1:6), we should continue to work out our salvation with fear and trembling (Phil 2:12). Especially at this time, we have the opportunity to take greater responsibility for our own discipleship with Christ. In many ways, we are being forced into new things as we are kept from some of the normal ways we fed each week. We feel these practices (linked below) are valuable tools in our walk with Christ.
In summer of 2020, a group of black and white pastors in Tuscaloosa County came together to draft statement reflecting our united faith in Christ speaks to our country and community. This statement was affirmed at a peaceful gathering on the steps of the Tuscaloosa County Courthouse on June 3rd. Trinity Presbyterian Church has signed & supports this statement.
